Livin’ on Hochatime

We’re so excited about this one, beer babies.

Livin’ on Hochatime has officially been released into the world! This is a Blonde Ale we’ve been working on for awhile — several versions of it have passed through the Prairie OKC taproom — and we’re in love with the results! We partnered with Hochatime, a brand well known to Oklahomans… especially those in the southeastern part of our state! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer group of folks to partner up with for this project!

It’s very crisp, very clean, but also has plenty of flavor. The perfect boat beer, or post-yardwork beer, or watching-March-Madness beer! For now, it’s only available in the Beaver’s Bend area (and the taproom), but we have big plans for it’s future!
