Prairie’s Innovation Headquarters

Prairie OKC is our taproom located in the 8th Street Market near downtown OKC. We share the open-air building with a restaurant, yoga studio, coffee shop, and more! Check out the FAQs for additional details about the space. At the taproom, we utilize a 3.5 barrel brewhouse where we create 2-4 new beers per week. This smaller system allows us to experiment with flavors, processes, hop combinations, and yeast strains. It helps us answer questions like, “Does Gatorade taste awesome in a sour ale?” or “Can we make a beer taste like a sandwich?” Visiting Prairie OKC is always a unique experience because the menu is constantly changing (but don’t worry – there are plenty of classic Prairie beers…IPAs, Lagers, Stouts…available as well)!
