Essential Job Functions:

 

Cellar Person:

Responsible for ensuring the safe and sanitary transfer of beer
CIP (clean-in-place) of brite beer and fermentation tanks, hoses and other equipment
Adding adjuncts to beer
Carbonation of beer
Strict adherence to SOP’s for the department
Record all movements of beer

 

Packaging Line Operator:

Safely and efficiently operate packaging equipment to produce bottles, cans and kegs of finished product according to previously established SOP’s and quality standards and production goals.
Other duties include cleaning kegs, palletizing beer, loading and unloading supplies and finished product.

 

Maintenance Technician:

Receiving and responding to maintenance calls and requests
Assist with corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety
Work independently or with assistance on maintenance work orders
Work with operators and train them on proper maintenance and use of machinery
Assist in commissioning and decommissioning of equipment

 

All of the above positions:

Maintain a clean and sanitary work space daily.
Safely operate the box truck or van hauling supplies or finished product between any of our locations.
Safely operate fork lift and pallet jack.

Essential Job Requirements:

Must be very flexible with your scheduling and have a strong desire to learn.
Two years’ experience in the brewing or manufacturing industry strongly preferred but not required.
Accredited technical degree or bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred
Knowledge of basic biology or chemistry a plus
Ability to lift at least 100 (lbs.) pounds, stand for long periods of time, able to bend, and work in a loud, hot, and quick paced environment
Forklift certification or ability to become certified
Must have a valid drivers’ license and the ability to safely drive large vehicles
Ability to read, write and easily communicate with other team members
Competency with standard office technology
For Maintenance Tech position previous experience with mechanical and/or electrical maintenance is required. You must also have a basic understanding of plumbing for fluids and gasses.
